A Night of Poe: A Theatrical Cocktail Experience (Thursday, September 3)

A Night of Poe is a 90-minute immersive theater and cocktail experience in which Edgar Allan Poe’s most famous tales are performed live — storytelling, music, and staged moments unfolding around you, each paired with a themed drink. It comes to the Historic Lobo Theater in Albuquerque for three nights only, with two showtimes every night.

Thursday, September 3, 2026 — showtimes at 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. General Admission is $55 plus a $2.75 booking fee and includes entry and four cocktails. VIP Front Row is $70 plus a $3.50 booking fee and adds front-row seating. This is a 21+ event and valid ID is required. Mocktails are available on request, and the venue is ADA accessible. Tickets are sold through Fever.

Poe’s world of mystery, obsession, madness, and the macabre is built out across the room by a cast of performers and live musicians. The producers describe the evening’s gothic soundtrack as written by Danny Elfman, composer of The Nightmare Before Christmas, Beetlejuice, and Batman. Poe is no stranger to this stage: the run follows the Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy engagements the Historic Lobo Theater hosted previously.
