Thursday Poker Lab is a free, beginner-friendly Texas Hold’em night run by USA Poker Academy at the Historic Lobo Theater. It’s not a casino and it’s not a high-roller game — it’s a poker learning center where coaches teach you the game as you play. Never shuffled a chip in your life? Perfect. Want to sharpen your tournament game? Also perfect.

Know Before You Go
This is a 21+ event. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID — no exceptions.
No ticket, no cover, no buy-in. Yes — actually free. (We said it twice on purpose.)
Please don’t bring in outside food or beverages. The Lobo has a full menu and bar ready to go.
That includes water bottles and any outside beverages. Drinks are available for purchase at the venue.
This night is made for people who want to learn poker. Live coaching during play, zero judgment.
