Doors open at 6:00 PM and the music runs until 1:00 AM\, which gives you a full seven hours to settle in\, find your people\, and stay on the floor. This is a 21 and over night\, and the cover is just 10 dollars at the door. \nThe sound of the night\nGroove Therapy is exactly what it sounds like. This is a night of funky\, groovy\, housey vibes pulled from the records that built dance music in the first place. Expect old school funk and disco roots\, classic grooves\, and deep house\, mixed and blended live by a rotating cast of selectors who know how to read a room. The whole point is movement\, so the floor stays open and the energy keeps building from the first set to last call. \nThe lineup\nGroove Therapy runs on a deep bench of local talent. The night features DJ McPhly\, DJ Enee\, DJ Fettucine\, DJ LoSack\, DJ Ken\, DJ Redsilver\, and DJ 8 Bit Hero\, each taking the decks to bring their own corner of the funk to house spectrum. With seven DJs trading sets across the night\, the sound keeps shifting and the floor never gets stale.
